A guide to AEC-Q200 compliant aluminum hybrid capacitors

Most manufacturers of aluminum hybrid capacitors produce a range of AEC-Q200 compliant devices for automotive applications.


These include high temperature types and vibration tolerant devices.


They are predominantly surface mount V-chip capacitors although AEC-Q200 compliant radial leaded devices are also available.
